TORC Specialty Coffee was born in Lisbon from a simple idea: help normal people drink good coffee.

We believe coffee shouldn’t just wake you up, it should connect you to yourself, to others, and to the world behind each bean.

In Portugal, coffee is a ritual. From the “bica” at the pastelaria to the espresso shared after lunch, it’s part of daily life.

But for too long, that ritual has been filled with burnt, bitter, and low-quality cups that hide what coffee truly is: a fruit full of sweetness, aroma, and life.

We work with awesome producers, who takes such good care of all the producing process that most of them get their cherries handpicked at peak ripeness! 

Each coffee is then processed and dried slowly, preserving its natural sugars and clean fermentation.

Finally, we roast each batch individually, using scientific precision to reveal its best flavours, never to hide defects.

Our coffees are always:

• Free from agrotoxins, mold, and harsh roasting residues

Coffee is one of the richest natural sources of antioxidants, especially chlorogenic acids that help fight oxidative stress and support long-term health.

A good cup of coffee also contains small but important doses of vitamins and minerals such as B2, B5, potassium, and manganese, proof that quality coffee can be both a mindful and physical act of care.

• Genesis — our signature blend, designed as an approachable gateway into specialty coffee. Sweet notes of cocoa and molasses balanced by a bright citrus finish.

• La Cortina from Leonid Ramirez — washed process, with notes of blackberry, lime, and cacao nibs.

• El Paraíso from Arturo Arango — castillo natural process, with notes of red berries, plum, and fig.

• Finca El Paraíso (Competition Lot) from Alex Bermudez — washed castillo Y09 with thermal shock, with notes of lychee, pink pomelo, caramel, cotton candy.

• La Leona from Luz Helena Salazar — washed Caturra, with layers of apricot, molasses, and lime.

• Brazil Fazenda Ponte Funda — natural Catuaí Vermelho, fermented with pineapple pulp; with notes of chocolate, molasses and citrus.
