Coffee Products

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products (including whole beans and ground coffee) once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@torccoffee.conm, including your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Coffee Equipment & Accessories

You have the right to return non-perishable items (e.g. grinders, brewing tools) 

 

To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Notify us by email within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
