A pour over recipe for you to try at home ❤️

20g of coffee;

300g of water at 94°C;

Total time: ~3:00 minutes.


Steps:

Place the filter in the Kalitta and rinse it with hot water. Discard rinse water.

Add 20g of ground coffee and gently shake to level.

Start timer. Pour 40g of water (2x coffee dose) for bloom. Wait 30 seconds.

At 0:30, slowly pour up to 150g in concentric circles.

At 1:15, pour to 220g.

At 2:00, pour to final 300g.

Let it drain completely. Should finish around 3:00.


Tip: Adjust grind if too fast (<2:30) or too slow (>3:30).
