Handpicked by smallholder farmers and processed at a local washing station, the cherries are depulped, fermented, and washed before being sun-dried on raised beds — a method that preserves clarity and balance in the cup.The region’s mineral-rich soil and cool climate encourage slow cherry maturation, creating depth and sweetness in perfect harmony.
Expect a silky cup with notes of apricot, lemon, and caramel, followed by a refreshing green tea finish.
