In the mountains of Armenia, Colombia, Luz Helena Salazar has spent over 20 years transforming coffee into craft. Alongside her family, she’s built more than a farm — she’s built a legacy grounded in sustainability, knowledge-sharing, and care for the land.

Her commitment is tangible: planting 70 native trees every month, conserving water, and running a free internship program to support fellow producers.

This microlot — 100% Caturra — carries her signature. A precise 30-hour underwater fermentation, followed by gentle washing and slow, controlled drying, unlocks a cup that’s vibrant and layered: notes of molasses, apricot, and lime.
